In the Neo, Apple skimps on specs so it can offer its signature premium build quality and polished, reliable operating system at a lower price point. It's effectively a MacBook "SE" in all but name. On paper, it seems ideal for those who don't need a ton of power, like kids and people who were already using their iPads as laptops.
